Aneta Benešová is a former Czech figure skater who was a successful competitor in the student and junior categories during her competitive career. Thanks to her diligence and determination, she gained a lot of valuable experience, which she passes on today.

At the Tomáš Verner Academy, she specializes in working with the youngest skaters in the BAMBÍNY group. She helps children build the right foundations, perceive rhythm, balance and graceful movement, which are important not only on the ice, but also in everyday life.

Personal message to parents and children:

"The beautiful thing about skating is that it combines sport and art. I teach children to perceive rhythm, work with their bodies, and enjoy what they can do. Even a small progress on the ice is a big thing that gives strength even outside the stadium."
